These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Smart SMS Organizer, provided by Oliveconcepts, and match the terms shown inside the app.
2. Service description
Smart SMS Organizer is an on-device Android application for organizing supported SMS, extracting useful fields, maintaining local finance and reminder views, storing OTP history, sending supported SMS, and receiving Android Share Target content. It is not a communications network, bank, payment service, or emergency service.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally able to accept these terms and comply with the laws that apply to you. If you use the app for another person or device, you must have authority to do so.
4. Permissions and default SMS
The app may require Android SMS permissions and, where applicable, the default SMS role to read, receive, synchronize, or send SMS. Notifications, exact alarms, boot processing, contacts, phone state, and other permissions are optional or feature-dependent. You control these permissions in Android.
5. Your responsibilities
Use the app only with messages, contacts, files, and devices you are authorized to access. Protect your device and OTPs. Check recipients before sending, review permissions, and keep independent records of important information. Do not treat local deletion as deletion from the Android SMS provider, another app, an exported file, or a recipient's device.
6. Automated limitations
Classification and extraction are automated and can be wrong, incomplete, delayed, or based on ambiguous wording. Verify important amounts, dates, merchants, categories, OTPs, and reminders against the original source.
7. Finance information
Finance views are informational summaries only and are not financial, investment, tax, legal, or payment advice. You remain responsible for decisions, payments, due dates, and checking source records.
8. OTP and security
OTP display and local storage do not guarantee delivery, secrecy, validity, or account security. Do not rely on the app as your only authentication or recovery method. A compromised device, notification, screenshot, backup, or other app may expose an OTP.
9. Reminders
Reminders depend on Android alarms, notifications, WorkManager, battery policy, permissions, device time, and system availability. The app does not guarantee that a reminder will run, appear, repeat, or arrive before a deadline.
10. Android and Share Target
Android Share Target accepts supported text and file content sent by your explicit action from another app. Supported messaging capabilities depend on Android, the default SMS role, permissions, SIM state, provider behavior, and device support. The app does not promise support for every MMS, RCS, attachment, carrier, or messaging feature.
11. Prohibited use
Do not use the app for unlawful access, harassment, fraud, spam, unauthorized surveillance, credential theft, harmful automation, or infringement of another person's rights. Do not bypass Android permissions or security controls.
12. Intellectual property
The app, its interface, original rules, and bundled assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app in accordance with these terms. Android, SMS, WorkManager, and other third-party names and services belong to their respective owners.
13. Availability and changes
The app may be unavailable because of device conditions, Android changes, carrier behavior, permissions, maintenance, or changes to the app. Features and these terms may change; continued use after an update means the updated terms apply where permitted by law.
14. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure in every environment, or suitable for every purpose. No automated result replaces your review of the original message or provider record.
15. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Oliveconcepts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-loss damages arising from use or inability to use the app. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
16. Termination
You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. We may restrict or end access where required for security, law, or service changes. Local data, Android provider data, exported files, and third-party copies are governed by their respective deletion controls.
17. Governing law and contact
